Learning Lunch: Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins

Once a month Efficient Portfolio’s Director, Charlie Reading, gives a presentation over lunch to the Efficient Portfolio team or to other business professionals about a book he has read that he has found useful or has inspired him in some way. He finds that presenting on a subject, not only helps him to retain the information he has learned, but also encourages others to read these books and gain valuable insights too.

In this learning lunch, Charlie talks about Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins and how this was the first self-improvement book he read and the enormous personal impact it had on him (even if it was a little cheesy at times!).
