Once a month our Director, Charlie Reading, gives a presentation over lunch to the Efficient Portfolio team about a book he has read that he has found useful or has inspired him in some way. He finds that presenting on a subject, not only helps him to retain the information he has learned, but also encourages others to read these books and gain valuable insights too.
